About Me

My name is Helene Lindmark and I grew up in Liikavaara, a village south of Gällivare in Sweden, in the northern part of Sápmi. I walk the Shamanic tradition of my ancestors' heritage from Sápmi and the northern parts of Sweden, Russia and Finland. These are old traditions, which partly have been protected and hidden in silence.

 

I am here to introduce you into my shamanic path. My calling is to inspire, guide and support people in their healing. I do it with great love and with total trust to my guides, on the basis of my intuition. I have a genuine experience in psychiatric care with investigation and treatment. I have worked in service and care in the social sector for many years and I have run my own company as a certified Massage Therapist.

My journey begins as a child, beyond words with many visions, sensations and messages. I had a rich inner world, which I shared with nature. My childhood consisted of nature, many wise old women and men with many sayings, and words of wisdom from the elders. My origins in the spiritual, medial, shamanic and healing come from both my mother and my father. We have Sámi ancestors on both sides, as well as Russian and Finnish ancestors.

In my teens I left the village I grew up in, and a new time in my life began. I closed the door to my

origins. During the 1990s, my interest in the mediality and spirituality world awoke. I searched outside myself in various courses, books and in meetings with people in healing, mediality and spirituality. I was looking for answers, but found only confusion. When I returned to my childhood village for a year of study, everything I had left behind - my gifts, my roots - knocked inside me and the door began to open. Still, I continued to struggle and flee from myself.

 

During a stay with my dad some years ago, I received a message; “What are you looking for Helene? You are not 50 certificates, you are your roots.” That released me and my pieces began to fall into place. A new journey began, which brought me to who and where I am today. I am incredibly grateful for my life path, my roots, gifts and the Ancient wisdom from the North that I have been honored to pass on and share worldwide.
